### Session Qualifying Fact The SECU parameters have been changed.

Offence Breach of Article 34.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision Required to start the race from the pit lane. Reason The stewards reviewed the evidence from the Technical Delegate and determined that as the SECU parameters are different from those originally used in qualifying the competitor is required to start from the pit lane. Competitors are reminded of their right to appeal in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code.
