## Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new gearbox:

10 RBR Honda Pierre Gasly

The above driver did finish the last race in Shanghai and this gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
