Session Practice 3 Fact A 5th Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), 4th Turbo Charger (TC), 4th Motor Generator Unit-Heat (MGU-H) and 4th Motor Generator Unit-Kinetic (MGU-K) have been used.

Offence Breach of Article 23.3 a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision Required to start the race from the back of the starting grid. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with Articles 23.3 b) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. This Penalty does not change the fact that the competitor is required to start from the back of the starting grid for a prior infringement (document 8). Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 9.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
