## Technical Delegate's Report

## Between 10:00 and 15:00 today the following cars underwent initial scrutineering:

All the above cars were found to be in conformity with the safety requirements of the 2018 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 77, driver Valtteri Bottas, in order to change the reverse gear actuator and further to inspect the change gear ratio pairs and associated dog rings for physical damage and as a result of this inspection to change the 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th change gear ratio pair for a new one.

This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2018 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations and Article 23.5d of the 2018 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Further all change gear ratio pairs were checked on car number 77 for compliance with Article 9.6 of the 2018 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 18, driver Lance Stroll, in order to inspect the 4th change gear ratio pair and associated dog ring for physical damage and as a result of this inspection to change the 2nd / 4th gear dog ring for a new one.

## This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2018 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Further all change gear ratio pairs were checked on car number 18 for compliance with Article 9.6 of the 2018 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
