Time 16:33 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 27 - Nico Hulkenberg Competitor Audi Revolut F1 Team

### Time 15:48

Session Race Fact Car 27 collided with Car 87 in turn 4 Infringement Breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 d) of the FIA International Sporting Code.

Decision 10 second time penalty. Reason The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. Car 27 collided with the rear of Car 87 into turn 4.  Even though this was a first lap (after a Restart) incident, the stewards have determined that no other cars contributed to the incident which was soley the fault of the driver of Car 27 hence no mitigating circumstances exist. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
